PRE-SELECTION
For preselection :
Quicktime file or AVI, DV uncompressed (720x576 or close) or HD (1980x1080).
 

PUBLIC SCREENINGS (for the Prix de la Creation Video 2011 - Competition)
1- The files with subtitles (art 6 of the regulation)
- only Quicktime file or AVI, DV uncompressed (720x576 or close) or HD (1980x1080).
- uncompressed files
- burnt on a checked DVD ROM,
or via websites as  filecentral.se, megaupload.com...
 
OR

2- beta SP, and Mini DV with subtitles (art 6 of the regulation)

Present the video as follow :
- start with a 30 seconds of test pattern
- then 10 seconds of black
- a countdown (every editing software - Premiere, Finul cut pro - has got one included)
- 10 seconds of black after the film
